"The only thing that is ever bad is, the house keepers don’t turn the AC on after the clean the rooms. Every time we arrive it is extremely hot and takes hours to cool the room down. And then, the AC doesn’t work very well and it’s hard to keep the room cool. "

"We showed up at the hotel Monteleon for a quick two night visit to New Orleans. The entire staff was amazing from the moment we stepped out of the taxi cab to the moment we left to the airport.
