Perfect location within walking distance to the French Quarter but far enough to have plenty of free (and apparently safe) street parking, and no street noise.
Rooms could have more towels tho, specially in a place where there is nobody at the lobby after 6pm. We tried getting more towels in the morning but couldn’t find anyone there...

「This was a quaint, clean spot for us to stay. Small room, as expected. Nice pool to enjoy. All dtaff were very friendly and helpful. The areas around the hotel weren't great for my daughter because of drug use and homeless. We did enjoy the area for the beauty and shops. 」

Safety - safe area, car park is secure with cctv covering it. The building locks at 5pm and a card is required to access it.
Location - just fantastic. A short distance from major locations. The hop on hop off ticket office is located in the building and stops right outside so it’s an excellent way to get around the city and see all of the landmarks.

The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
