「The price and location are a plus. I liked the historic feel. The main problem was the property access which is done with an electronic key. I had difficulty obtaining the "key" and then once obtained it didn't work well. The street access door wasn't secure for most of my stay. It took several attempts to open my room more than once. The air conditioning system was substandard. The bathroom door didn't close. It wouldn't take much to make this a really good property. I won't be staying...

「Good & Bad !!!1 They always provide clean bed sheets; but need to improve since I found they don't clean bathroom floor neither replenish the small bottles of liquid soap. We have to use the same face soap to bath then 3 of the 4 nights. No matter they may have automatic doors, they should improve and provide a SAFE in the room, like most rooms on other places. They don't provide neither have a vending machine to get bottled water at least. No drinking water provided. Air Conditioner is...

「When going out of town I try my best to not do big chains boutique hotels. The accommodations didn’t even meet basic standards. My room was dusty and not clean. It was hair found. Paint was peeling from the wall. Lamp did not have bulb. I reported the tv was not working, came back two hours later and it still did not work. Told the front desk a second time. No one came for another 2 1/2 hours later until i went and said something a 3rd time. I even asked to be moved to different room and i...

「The Mayfair was located very conveniently and a short walk to nearby hotspots. The hotel by itself is immaculate and very clean. Accommodations and the service was very good. They have thought of everything and provided for it and handle everything with messages. There is no staff that you can reach out on site but they respond to your messages right away and are very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.」
