"This place is a nightmare. I don’t know where the good reviews come from. The place is falling apart and cold. There are hols on the windows when you can’t sleep at night. They are trying the best to keep it clean , but the conditions of the place does not help "

"The hotel was decorated for the holidays and was beautiful. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was delicious and the omelette station was delightful! My crawfish omelette was just the Cajun touch I needed.
The staff is all wonderful and has great customer service. We will be staying here again."
"This is my first time traveling after a long five year illness and I brought my dog. Thank you for accepting pets. Everyone was wonderful. I’d never stayed in New Orleans. Can I come back? Because I’m leaving South Carolina on the 13th and will need to stay there again probably on 15 January."
"This was a wonderful stay! We have stayed at many of the smaller boutique hotels in the French Quarter and this was a real favorite. Clean charming room and fabulous service. The location was really superior as it's so central in the Quarter. We were lucky and had great weather and were even able to use the pool in November. Highly recommend"
"The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk was always willing to help. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family."
