「We reserved 3 rooms. The AC in one of the rooms did not work. In 93 degree weather, over a 100 degrees in the room, this was unacceptable. We addressed the situation via email and in person multiple times, but we were not transferred to another room until after midnight. We were in Detroit for a concert and could not get ready properly due to the AC not working. I made a request for a refund on the hotels email, but I am assuming a refund may need to be initiated by Expedia since the booking...
