「The room was beautiful and clean. The information about how to maneuver both the parking and hotel were terrible. There was no one and nothing in print to direct us to where we needed to be. This was annoying and tiring. It ended up.costimg.us money we should not have had to spend.」

「Elevators - hard to operate for most guests Shower and bathroom sink small and no consistent with quality accommodations. TV difficult to operate. Ed pillows are tiny and not suitable for a bed. Service team is very friendly and overall views are great. Room size is fine and closets great! 」

「I was there for the Rock n Roll Run, was walking distance to start line. The breakfast was great and nice to have so we didn’t have to worry about finding a place for breakfast ! Roof top restaurant was tasty for what we had. We went to Jonathons bar and grill on third behind hotel it was great with great deals ! 」

「Property was clean, safe and staff was friendly! Pools, hot tubs & lazy river were spectacular! Having the free breakfast tomorrow am, so we shall see about that but I’m sure it’ll be great. Beds were extremely comfortable. LOVED having a balcony! 」

「Hotel and inside staff was amazing but was hard to get over a bad start. Valet didn’t leave his stand. No help from car with luggage and watched me unload. Was just super annoyed at the lack of service. 」

「We loved our stay and were very happy with location. We found it quite noisy as we backed on the lane where trucks came and emptied dumpsters before 7 am, as well as the very near and busy fire department. Guess that’s downtown living! The property is clean and well run. Instructions for check in and check out were very good. Would definitely make a second stay. 」

「I absolutely loved this Motel I will definitely be staying there from now on when I go to Pigeon Forge kind of off the main drag so it was quiet but was convenient to everything rooms was outstanding beds were so comfortable I just can't say enough good stuff about this hotel because it was awesome I liked it so much that before I even left to go do what we were going to do in Pigeon Forge I reserved another night」
