「I stayed several days. Room wasn't cleaned once. If I needed anything I had to get it myself. O the morning of the 14th Sunday morning 8:25am the breakfast area was very full of guests. There wasn't anything to eat and when asking the staff if they was putting anything else out to eat they stated No! as it states breakfast starts at 6am until 9am there was a lot of guests unhappy including myself」

「Easy to park, convenient breakfast, the one staff member I witnessed during my stay was very helpful, but I believe she was there running the front desk in the evening, was also running it still in the morning and working on serving all of the breakfast items. Yet, she was still pleasant and helpful. Kudos to her. The hotel was close to the airport, looked nice outside, had an easy parking lot to navigate luggage (nice and flat), and was very reasonably priced compared to others. The only thing...

「Perfect for our stay! Close to everything and very clean. The breakfast was enough to fill you up and everyone was very friendly. We took our little dog and I love that pets are welcome. We will stay again!」

「We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...
