Normally don’t do reviews but this experience was so bad I felt the need to communicate it. We arrived to the hotel to be checked in which went relatively smoothly. Upon arriving to our room, we found that the room was filthy. There was dried urine and hair all over the toilet, the shower was filthy, hair all in the sink, stuff all over the floor, comforter had stains on it. There was even a key left in the room from where the previous people who had stayed had left the key which indicated to me that the room had not been cleaned. This was communicated to the person at the desk immediately who apologized but offered nothing other than a different room on the total other end of the hotel. We moved there and had a decent first night. The next morning, we asked for a toothbrush and were told they had given them all away, then after this the keys did not work for the room. I went to the desk to have new keys issued and waited a very long time to be helped as the lady working the desk took forever to sign one person in that was in front of me. She then spoke to me like I was stupid, saying it probably wasn’t the right key. I informed her it had been working just fine up until that morning. Following getting new keys, we left for the day. On arrival that evening, we found that housekeeping had yet to come in the room and provide new towels. My wife went to the desk at that point and requested that a manager contact us. We were told one would but never received any communication.
