「The air conditioning was out in the hotel on a very hot day unfortunately. By the time we got back to the room that evening it was working but it took a while to cool everything off. The one thing I noticed in my room was a light fixture not working in the bathroom. However the beds are very comfortable.」

「Staff were friendly, helpful. Happy to have parking on site, sheriff on duty in lobby at night, and security over night. Can tell it has been updated, bathroom area small but fine for 2. Seemed pretty clean. Would stay here again for concert at Stifel. Very close to union station. 」

「Start was great! Friendly staff and a clean room! The only thing that was not TOP SHELF was the shower would not get very warm. I love a really hot shower, and the water was barely warm enough to steam the mirror.」

「The view from the room of the Arch was fantastic! And even the pool- you could see it through the windows. There were 3 elevators and only 2 worked most of the days. And out of those 2, only 1 went to breakfast. So keep that in mind if you stay - don’t wait to go to breakfast. The staff was friendly and gave recommendations which were good. And the rooms were nice and clean!」
