「Staff was very polite and welcoming. We reserved 2 rooms but one of them, our room, had a bothersome smell and needed somethings fixed in the bathroom (loose fixtures and peeling paint). King bed rooms were very spacious and they both had a living room with a door to give the bedroom privacy.」

「The apartment was very nice! The owners of the property are very compassionate about making your stay very comfortable. I have never stayed any where that the owners cared so much about you having everything you need down to cleaning supplies and toiletries. It’s in a great location as well! I highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much for a great home away from home!」

「When we arrived our thermostat was set to 76 degrees. We lowered it, or so we thought we did to 66 degrees. We went out to dinner and came back and the thermostat went up instead of down. We called the front desk and they told us that it was motion sensor activated. So we said okay-still trying to set it to 66. Almost 2 hours later and it is still 77 degrees in our room. We called again and were told that the General Manager was going to be contacted. We never heard anything. We couldn’t...

「Staff and guest tried braking into my room in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. It was terrifying. When I checked out the desk employee apologized the said her management would reach out after they completed their investigation but still have not received a call or email. I emailed Marriot directly as well and have yet to receive a response. Unacceptable and poor customer service. Do not stay here. It is unsafe.」
