「Rooms were very clean staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing no microwave in the rooms you have to go to the main lobby to warm food. We we’re stuck in the winter storm so we prepared by bringing extra food and wanted to warm up our soup but had to go to the lobby. Other than that the staff was extremely nice friendly and the rooms were excellent.」

「The location, hotel, proximity to garage, service, and ease were nice. I was only in for 1 night, so I did not need much for my stay, however, the room was spacious, clean, had a good design, and large kind-sized bed. The remote did not work for the TV because of low batteries, but that did not take away from a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, close to restaurants and Beale Street, and overall a good experience.」

「The front desk were super friendly and helpful.. the rooms on the other hand… they appear nice at first glance but every time I’d use something in the room I’d notice how gross it was. The showers have mold all in the grout and shower heads.. the mirrors were dirty with a black substance on one of them. The floors had cigarette butts behind the bed all the outlets were broken and loose missing the face plates. The toilets weren’t clean and the desks, refrigerators, and microwaves seemed to have...
