「Great」

「This is an Old Florida property that has nice old Florida style appeal and is pleasant. It appears they are doing some renovations as painting but it also needs some modern up grades and it could be a very nice nostalginc place to stay. But right now it was a good value stay for the price.」

「Was pleasantly surprised by our upgrade. The cafe onsite is beyond amazing.」

「There are insects in the room, cockroaches.」

「Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.」

「My only complaints center around air conditioning. The window unit was not strong enough to cool down the room quickly nor effectively, leading to my 2nd thing that bothers me. When we opened the door to our room at 9pm it was stifling hot, it took hours to even slightly cool down. I don't understand why you wouldn't go in earlier in the day at least and turn the unit on. That said, room was clean and the check in lady was very friendly.」

「Great place to stay!!!! What a view!!! Dolphin's stayed out front pretty much all the time, during high tide. Great place for bike riding. Really enjoyed this place.」

「This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting. A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel.」

「The house was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Everything we needed from cookware to toiletries was available. We were able to contact someone with any questions or concerns. The location was handy for all the sights we wanted to explore.」
