「Room was huge and very comfortable which was great since it was also very expensive!」

「The rooms are beautifully renovated and the lobby is beyond gorgeous! Beware when booking because this hotel is located on the busy Collins street. It was not an issue for me as I sleep with earplugs, but if you are a light sleeper this is not for you. The staff is generally friendly. However, we asked for a simple candle for our son birthday and they all looked at us as if we are asking for the moon!」

「This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!」

「Hotel is dated, but upgrades are being made, staff was friendly and attentive. Stayed in the Penthouse but it wasn’t what I expected.. Hopefully more upgrades are coming!! Overall a good stay」
