「Beautiful beach location and great staff and service. Room huge but a little dated.」

「In general, we are talking about a great property. Multiple food options, entertainment, natural and spontaneous staff. The only bad experience was the check in. More than a hour late. I am not going to give a bad review just because this. I understand things happen, but shouldn’t. 」

「Overall the resort is nice and worth the stay. Very clean and staff was also very good! Janna was amazing at making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and updated us with daily info. The food was okay. Now for the don’t likes 1.Swim up pool is move of a walk up cause it doesn’t directly connect to the room like other hotels which I paid more to have and wasn’t really worth it 2. The pool closed at 7 and the swim up bars closed at 6 which was terrible being we were on the adult...

「I liked everything about this resort except a couple of things. 1. Check in took us 1.5 hours, however my friend came 2 days later and check in for her took 15 mins. So I’m not sure if we just came at a very busy time. 2. How difficult they make it to get into a restaurant. You can’t make reservations, so you have to come 30-50 mins before restaurants open and stand in line. However, diamond club members are able to make reservations and we ended up staying in line for 3 restaurants only to...
