「The hotel room is huge, and every detail is perfect. From the watch to the wine, everything is impeccable. Moreover, the hotel's location is close to the center of Bath, making it incredibly convenient for finding food and going shopping. The staff is also extremely polite, and the handsome young man from concierge, in particular, is exceptionally nice to us. He attentiveness made my partner and me feel like VIPs. 「The room is clean with very comfortable bed, location is perfect as it is in the heart of everything. The trip is a birthday trip, so they’re so sweet to decorate the room and give us some little treats. Staff are very friendly and always with big smile. We’ll definitely coming back =)」

「住在酒店后新装修的房间，新潮的设计，可惜缺少衣柜，衣物只好挂在墙上和丢在沙发，美中不足，另外房间隔音太差，走道和隔邻的噪音干扰很大。酒店位置不错，步行去市中心只几分钟，服务态度也很好。」
