「Neat and clear. Convenient, close to shopping center.」

「The staffs are all very friendly, the areas around hotel are very safe, parking is easy just right to the hotel and we found everything we needed in our room. However, I think the hotel room is a bit dated and need a renovation. 」

「The YHA in Bristol is kind of old compared with the Cardiff one. There is no plug for the upper bed and no separate light for each as well. Also, you need to ask for the wifi even you are going to stay, it's not convenience, so do ask the staff while you are check in! But overall the location is quite close for the visitor.」

「The apt was below standards and photos are misleading. 1. There are several broken windows in the living room and bedroom with outside air seeping in. 2. Only 2 heaters work in the unit. 3. The hot water is extremely inconsistent and even after careful use we had several ice cold showers. 4. The entrance is in a dark unsanitary alleyway where a restaurant keeps their trash bins. 5. The bed linens had stuff on them. 6. The surrounding area has several bars and the sounds get really really loud...

「Great little stopover for the evening before our flight to Malta. Great accommodation, great location only 10 minutes from Bristol airport and great food. Also had a little walk about the area during the evening.」

「Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work. 」

「We received a warm welcome, and was quickly shown to our room - which was an ideal size for us. We enquired about parking and an Indian restaurant before we went up. When we came back downstairs, we were presented with a map and other information relating to our query. The people that clean the premises do an excellent job - everywhere was spotless. There was a very good selection for breakfast - every taste was catered for. The English breakfast was freshly cooked, antd asted as good aaslooked...
