「Not sure why, the phone in my room kept blinking. Called the front desk, but not getting the issue resolved. I use a booklet to cover the blinking light. Other than that, the room is in perfect condtion.」

「Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, magnificent view, except that the room was cleaned up a bit late on one day! Will definitely come back! 」

「This is my first time booking a hotel on hotel.com. It is not as convenient as booking, but the customer service is OK. The location is relatively easy to find, it is a big apartment, and I am very satisfied with everything.」

「Looks exactly as the online pictures. Very centrally located for restaurants, shops and theatres. If it had aircon would be perfect as it’s quite hot even when not in a heatwave」

「The YHA in Bristol is kind of old compared with the Cardiff one. There is no plug for the upper bed and no separate light for each as well. Also, you need to ask for the wifi even you are going to stay, it's not convenience, so do ask the staff while you are check in! But overall the location is quite close for the visitor.」

「Loved the location and everyone was so kind and helpful!」

「整體性格比高，房間乾淨，Wi-Fi接收正常，早餐唔錯。」

「很好的住宿體驗，酒店地理位置接近巴士總站 酒店裝修華麗」

「we have a nice breakfast and a comfortable room.」

「Lovely hotel with a restaurant set inside a historic giant glassworks kiln. The staff were helpful and parking was available on site (£18/night). Good location for a weekend event in Bristol」

「Room cleaning conditions very good; amicable and helpful staff. Free breakfast good variety (but no fried eggs or boiled eggs which I love). Car park price too high; location too far away from town centre; lift suspend for maintenance.」
