「We had a lovely stay at Leighton house. Prior to our stay we were able to reach the property via email with quick helpful responses received. 「The room itself is fine, but I encountered issues with the water temperature fluctuating in the shower. It's very difficult to control, especially during the winter season.
Additionally, the location of the hotel is not very convenient for traveling in Bath, even if you have a car. (The center of Bath is always prone to traffic jams.)
Overall, I believe the value of this selection is not good.」

「The staff are friendly and proactive in offering assistance (Special thanks to Roxana for her kind assistance)The hotel is conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and is approximately a ten-minute walk from both the train station and the bus stop. The room is well-lit and tidy, although the drainage in the washbasin is somewhat clogged, resulting in very slow water flow.
This is my third stay at the hotel, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit...
