「There's good and bad here. First, the good: the customer service via WhatsApp was very fast to address issues with the rooms although mostly because it seemed like they had a lot of vacancy anyway. The less good: 1. They're called apartment but only some of the rooms are studios. Most are hotel rooms, but where near apartments. I fact some are so small it's barely even a hotel room. The first room I was supposed to be in, the desk/table was so small that you couldn't fit a chair in under it...

「The location was great and the area quiet. Convenient to train and bus, grocery, and local interests. Property was ok in cleanliness (white grout and subway tile require a LOT of maintenance) and the modern updates were poorly installed. Far too many bric-a-brac to keep dusted. Comfortable and spacious. 」

「Very central location. Nice townhouse with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, designer bathroom and livingroom with sofa etc. A real gem in Bath and would definetely stay again. 」

「Great little apartment which is well located for the centre of Bristol and the docks and near plenty of pubs and restaurants. We used it as a base for some historical touristy walks in the area, everything is within walking distance」
