Lovely hotel with a restaurant set inside a historic giant glassworks kiln. The staff were helpful and parking was available on site (£18/night). Good location for a weekend event in Bristol
Parking was handy, staff were pleasant, however the room could have been a bit cleaner and the heating was hard to work out so it was freezing in there the night we stayed. Also room not very sound proof so could hear everything going on outside in the corridor
Location was great. A 5 minute walk from the train station, a 7 min walk to the river and a 10 min walk from the hotel to Bristol City centre.
Room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was excellent!
Staff were pleasant and informative.
We would definitely go there again.
Lovely hotel. Check in was excellent, very fast, friendly and efficient. Even had gluten free cookies on arrival.
Room was immaculate, great bed, air con, shower, coffee machine and tea making facilities. In an excellent location for Temple Meads and harbourside. Absolutely A1 experience.
Friendly staff. Only one lift operating, long waits. Insufficient staff in breakfast room, so shortages. Comfortable bedroom, some bedding less so. Pricey parking for overnight stay.
Approx 12 min walk to Hippodrome theatre.
Staff are excellent, helpful and polite.
We parked there £20 per day. Used electric charger but it did cut out before it should have - fortunately we had enough for our journey.
Lovely clean, modern room. Friendly staff. Great location. Free cookie on arrival!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was perfectly clean and the staff were great, but the wall between the rooms were so thin, I could hear everything..it was a bit disturbing to hear our next door room having sex at the middle of the night.
Lovely room, very clean and spacious. Excellent staff and really good breakfast with lots of choice both hot and cold food and drinks available. Parking facilities were also very good
