「Good value」

「We were welcomed with such warmth and offered a glass of bubbles or a non-alcoholic drink on arrival. We were given a family room not far from the rocky beach, with stunning views and perfectly placed sunbeds within the cove. The only downside was that we got caught in heavy rain, which unfortunately flooded our room. The staff quickly moved us to a room on the 2nd floor inside the hotel—what a beautiful room!—but it did mean we had to move all our suitcases up and down, as we had to retun back...

「Located in one of the best locations in Naples, right by the sea surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. Breakfast at the roof top terrace is a must do in Naples, overlooking the sea and Mt V. Highly recommended! 」

「The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. 」

「We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful.」

「Superb location in Naples on seaside promenade with many restaurants and cafes close by, also within walking distance to shopping areas.」

「El hotel nos gustó mucho, a solo pasos de la Piazza Tasso, el recibimiento muy cordial y amable. Muy bien cuidadas las instalaciones, volvería sin duda. Las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares.」

「It located at a convenient location(for shopping or metro). But there is a smell on towel and bathroom(it's not stinky, but I don't like it.) If there is lighter and they provide tissue in room would be better.」
