「Great place to stay for single travelers like me who just need a good place to sleep while spending the day venturing. The staff is super friendly and helpful, you get a pretty decent size locker to store your things. The capsules are cool, clean, and very quiet. WiFi, free coffee, and super central to get anywhere in Cancun. Big super market right in front of you wanna buy anything. Definitely recommend 」

「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」
