「Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.」

「Unique and fun hotel, room had nice decor, only a couple of minor things like one of the water glasses was definitely not clean and there were a couple of stains on the bedsheet. 50% off Pepper street car parking also really good!」

「We loved the 2 rooms we had here - a lot of amenities were provided in a small space. Communication and instructions for the late check in were excellent. Beds were comfy and it was quiet at night. Great locations with lots of restaurants in the close vicinity.」

「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」

「I wish I have chance to visit the hotel but I didn't due to booking mistake. The Hotels.com and hotel staff are helping me for the cancellation refund and I hope to have further progress since there is not much new so far.」

「The cat was a welcome bonus. The food was good.」

「Well position hotel although a little tired - great for business or a boozy a weekend but there might be better places for a romantic one」

「Having been assigned to a very small room on the ground floor at the Annex building. The room was grossly over-priced at a rate of above 80 pounds (breakfast exclusive).」

「overall, premier inn chester is good, facilities are new and clean. just when stepping in the room, I found cookie wrapper is left at the corner.」
