"We really enjoyed our two day stay .. we even got an anniversary card off all the staff and a free drink to celebrate in the bar how lovely was that … staff very nice helpful and clean our room was excellent spacious and comfortable location was great for me very central … excellant stay will go back"

"Everything was clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and because I was veggie I was offered perfectly poached eggs and hot porridge. If I needed to stay in Chester again I would stay here again. Just sad I could t make use of the facilities"

"Fabulous from start to finish, room was ready so we got an early check in. Lovely breakfast made to order but the stars were the staff, without exception everyone was welcoming and keen to help, I’ve never observed such amazing teamwork. Hotel is ideally situated for the station and a short walk into town. Would recommend."

"Nice centrally located hotel but not good if you want a relaxing stay specifically at weekend as its in an area of late bars playing music some of the bars playing live performances. It was quite noisy in the evenings but certainly in a brilliant central location with two options for multi storey car parking a short walk away."
