"Excellent staff behind the bar,young lady at the bar offered to assist caring the drinks to our table rather than me having a tray more than once and then saying the table needed to be cleaned as in her eyes it was dirty . Nothing seemed to to much trouble from the staff during our stay. Breakfast as good as I’ve seen bar prices I expected to be dearer did not disappoint Overall we will be returning in the near future as an excellent place to stay a place that promotes tourism in Chester . Thank you on behalf of myself and my wife"

"Nice quirky hotel, close to everything we needed for our stay. Place is amazing, room was very nice too, but if you want total peace and quiet, maybe not for you. Rooms over look the seating, dj, entertainment area, so loud. But all music was off by 10pm and most would probably be out still enjoying themselves. Beds were very very comfortable and breakfast was really good. Staff were very helpful and we had a very enjoyable stay over on sat night. Would defo stay here again."

"I stayed over one night with my daughter and grandchildren. It was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Staff amazing, hotel room fabulous, restaurant and pool area exceptional. I would definitely stay again. Best hotel I have been to for a very long time. "
