「The hotel room environment is nice, with acceptable cleanliness. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers when checking in. The hotel features Beatles decorations, which fit Liverpool perfectly, and it even provides 24-hour coffee – that's very thoughtful!」

「It is in a busy bar area. Lots of noise and vehicle traffic. In the room you can hear every noise in the hallway. A drunken fight happened in the hallway, the second night. I was very concerned for my safety. I asked but only received towel service once in a week. Elevator to the third floor was broken 3 times. If your going there to party and not sleep, this is your place.」
