「We have stayed numerous times, but unfortunately they seem to be on a downward slope of decline. Rooms are tired, make up mirror was chipped badly and the handle came off the shower wooden floors scratched really bad. Ordered room service and was asked to pay for it there and then which made me feel as if we were going to do a runner I’m not pay!! Check in at 3pm and only had one member of staff on and was not happy and welcoming at all. She needs to go on a customer service course. We had to...

「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」
