The location of the hotel was excellent for access to city and walking . It was a large room for city centre. It was very busy at checkin because of the marathon weekend but staff did well. Incredibly accessible for those who need it. Tierney at reception was amazing! Ordered pizza to the room with ease via QR code which was super helpful to us being hard of hearing. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Could not recommend enough!
