Firstly, I would say all the staff were excellent, polite, friendly and professional. In our room the complimentary biscuits had a use by date of 31/03/26. They were nearly 3 weeks out of date. There is a water bottle in the room to promote sustainability and not keep throwing bottles in landfill….great. ...

Gorgeous hotel with spacious suites. Only issue is the hot water was tepid and the TV remote didn’t work. But it was very clean and cosy. The cafe where breakfast was served was very nice and good value breakfast. Well done!
