I've stayed here twice - the hotel is lovely, the both rooms were smartly decorated in different Beatles themes, beds are comfortable and the whole place is smart and clean. Once I stayed in a disabled room which was huge and had all amenities needed for wheelchair users. Staff are professional. Its a 5-10 min walk from Liverpool lime st station. I recommend this place.

Central location in Liverpool, 10 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station and less than 5 minutes to Moorfields. Area felt safe. Pleasant atmosphere within the hotel. Nice areas to sit in the lobby. Staff all very friendly. Hotel was busy at times but was very quiet at night, despite my room overlooking Dale Street. A good sleep was had! Tesco Express is next door, which is very helpful for affordable refreshments and open until late.

The staff were so, so efficient, helpful and friendly, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. They work extremely hard. The room was warm, comfortable, quiet and spotless, as was the bathroom, and the shower was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing, and one night my companions had dinner there, and said that was also very, very nice. Central location but extremely quiet. We would most definitely stay there again.
