"We came to celebrate a big birthday and stayed in the beautiful Coach House rooms with family. They should be proud of their amazing staff, they made our stay so special. They are there to help with anything without intruding into your personal time. A luxurious stay, we couldn’t have wanted any more. Just perfect!"

"Our stay was going well until we were unable to get any hot water in the morning. We were told there was a problem with the boiler when we went down for breakfast, and then with the gas supply when were returning to our room after breakfast. So we were unable to have a shower, and my wife was planning to wash her hair ahead of our visit to relatives. It is totally unacceptable that we were unableto wash and shower and we asked for a full refund when checking. We wait to hear from Crowne Plazza customer relations team. "

"Clean room, great staff, right in the services so plenty of options to shop and eat…. That said the room I had was above the entrance and smokers outside left a horrid smell in the room as they smoked directly beneath my windows Staff attentive and knowledgeable plus a good breakfast with a good selection. A real surprise as I am normally very impressed by service area hotels but this was good and good value"

"Room was very dusty. The wardrobes had inch thick dust on them, the pots and pans had what looked like hardened grease in them. We had 1 knife to cut things with which was broken. The freezer compartments were all broken. We stay here every year and it’s progressively getting worse and worse. The tv in the bedroom didn’t want to connect to the internet and the heating stopped working. When we called the front desk to let them know they said we are checking out tomorrow like it was ok - who cares I’m cold now I need the heating to work while I’m still there. "
