「Problème de parking 」

「good location for Wimbledon BUT room cleaning 👎👎, hotel carpet - dirty and awkward, breakfast - simple consumed in room, coffee 🙈🙈 」

「Close to the station, shops and restaurants. Very convenient. No free parking, which was shown otherwise at the time of booking. Room not spacious but big enough. Staff are friendly and helpful. 」

「The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. We had to leave after two nights because the room was dangerously hot and humid. Having a bath was useful in reducing core temp. We filled it with water from the cold...

「A lovely hotel attached to a historic pub. We were put in an accessible room which was very spacious. Breakfast was fantastic - the croissant croc madame was amazing.」
