「Nice staff great jotel, i will stsy again rhanks」

「A great little place fairly close to Heathrow Airport. Wonderful neighborhood and friendly service.」

「parking wasn't great. I nearly got blocked in because someone had parked badly and blocked the only exit. I managed to squeeze in between two cars」

「So i have given everything on this hotel and my stay in this place 5 stars all around. Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk. The staff were really good and helpful i didnt feel i needed anything more for the amount this cost me. Thank you to the gentleman who were at reception and were a friendly bunch. My son enjoyed his first visit to London and...

「The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info. Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. 」

「Breakfast is really good although choices are limited even on Christmas day. Room is small considering the hotel is located quite a remote location in suburb London and there is rare public transport going there.」

Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...
