The staff were extremely helpful at the hotel. The room felt a bit basic/old compared to the photos. I was a little disappointed with the splash pool as felt it was dirty and could feel grit on the floor whilst walking through it. However, I would stay at the hotel again whilst visiting the theme park.

Amazing, absolutely amazing!! Not sure what else to say but amazing! Not only do you get an extra hour in the park before it opens to the public each morning your staying at the hotel, after the pack closes you have a section of the park available to you via an entrance at the hotel, was a nice stroll with my wife and daughter, absolutely amazing, my only criticism is the prices at the bar, a bit high but I guess you pay for the experience

Themed rooms, swimming pool, having breakfast while watching out to an expanse of green grass with zebras, an ostrich and antelope wondering around. Made it a great stay. Perfect for kids. The new paw patrol area in the park is fantastic. Early access for hotel guests into the park. Just back from a super holiday.
