We enjoyed our stay at the Chelsea Harbour. The staff were very helpful, our room was amazing and the hotel is beautiful and very clean. We took advantage of the Uber Boat which we were able to access within steps of the hotel.
It was a pleadant stay for our family and the staff at the reception and the people serving at the bar and our breakfast were all very polite and helpful.
The room was very clean and faultless and was ready when we arrivef.
Nice hotel with great staff, just lacks attention to detail in a number of areas. For example used wine glasses still visible on outside tables at breakfast.
The room size for London were huge - with a separate bedroom and living room.
Location was close to transport so easy to get around.
Would definitely use again when visiting London.
Really enjoyed the hotel!
The suite was large, and the balcony had a view of the Thames river.
Marie was wonderful at the front desk. Gary was very helpfull for attractions.
The rooms were very clean and well stocked with coffee and tea etc.
The bathroom had plenty of towels and tissues.
The shower was excellent.
The staff were helpful .
The swimming pool was excellent with sauna and steam.
I had breakfast outside so cannot comment on the food.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel.
Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were really helpful especially to the receptionist Kate. We felt really rested after being out all day on a busy London tour because of how clean and cosy the place is.
The property was in good condition amd we were lucky that we stayed while the sun was shining, so we had drinks outside in the afternoon amd breakfast on our balcony following day. It would have been nice to be slightly closer to the better restaurants, but it was on £10 in an Uber to King's Road. The staff were very courteous and our room was well presented and clean.
We were given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony which was nice. The room was pretty spacious, although it looked a little dated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the spa pool was lovely. I didn't realise that the steam room and sauna were separate (they're in the gender changing rooms rather than shared).
Really lovely hotel in a great location close to Kings Road and with access to transport links to the city centre. The room was fantastic with a really comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The balcony with marina view was an added bonus. Lovely breakfast.
Staff were all friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely look to stay again.
We had a lovely stay here with our family. Our daughter is keen to return! It’s in a lovely location and enjoyed using the Uber boats to arrive close by.
We stayed six nights there. The suite that we had had two large rooms with big screen, TVs and many very thick doors so you could watch TV in one room and not hear it in the other room. We had a nice balcony with a view, a keyhole view of the Thames river. Uber boat will take you right into the heart of London.
Marie at the front desk was wonderful!
What a lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and considerate. I was a little disappointed with the view from our suite as we couldn't see anything but a corridor. The other downside was that the room only had green tea and earl grey teabags in the room and we had to ask for English teabags the following morning. All in all we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
