No tienen un sistema o plataforma automatizado, todo lo hacen manual. La hostes es la que te lleva a la mesa y deja desatendida la recepción de los restaurantes. Pésima coordinación en restaurantes. La comida estuvo bien, pero las porciones son muy pequeñas, parece que es un menú de degustación. No regresaría. "

"We had an amazing vacation at Dreams Aventuras Playa del Carmen. What made the experience even more memorable was the staff, who went above and beyond the typical all-inclusive service. From Emilio, our concierge, to Amado and Jazi, the bartenders at the Preferred restaurant; Roberto at the pool and cabanas; and Katya and Karen serving drinks and food—everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling. The hotel’s location is excellent, and we enjoyed beautiful weather throughout our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel."
