「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. 」

「The accommodation was very central and convenient. The rooms are small but are a ok size if you travel alone or size up if you are with more than one . The staff is very well trained and extremely friendly , something very rare in London . The room could be a bit cleaner though but overall i enjoyed staying here. I will definitely come back again. 」

「Receptionists and other staff are friendly. The decoration is good except the ventilation of the bathroom is poor. Location of the hotel is good. You can get there by metro easily and may find many restaurants nearby.」

「Excellent location. The kitchenette was a plus. However, there was only 1 drop-off spot in front of the hotel so it wasn't convenient to load your luggage. 」

「It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!」

「dieses hotel isz wunderschön und wir hatten eine super zeit. die sauna ist nicht ideal vom aufbau aber trotzdem einen besuch wert; unser zimmer war schön groß und einzigartig; die lage von hotel ist sehr schön mit guter anbindung nach central london durch die DLR. kommen gerne wieder!」

「A very trendy morden Japanese hotel. My room was upgraded to a suite with an excellent balcony. The service is excellent with very friendly staff. Room service will prepare your bed before you come back from dinner. They even have staff who can speak Cantonese. The neighborhood is a very cool place with lots of graffiti & co-office.」
