"I had a wonderful 5 nights stay. Staffs were extremely helpful. We were there to celebrate my daughters' birthday and Hotel gave us complimentary breakfasts and drinks. Our room was on the 14th floor with beautiful sunset view of the city. Excellent location and room was very clean with washer/dryer. Bed was very comfortable. We felt very safe and will definitely come back. Loved the Nepresso cafe in room, sure made us feel like home."

"Yes, this hotel is expensive, but then what 5 star hotel in the middle of Tokyo isn’t? It was absolutely worth it. The rooms were impeccable and luxuriousand the stay was memorable. Thank you. To all staff at Cerulean Tower we’re going above and beyond."

"Fantastic location right in the heart of Shibuya. Plenty of space, comfortable bedding and well-equipped kitchen. Excellent bathroom amenities and the washer/dryer in the room was brilliant as we could wash and dry clothes overnight each day. There's a 7-Eleven next door, a cool craft beer bar in the building basement (but no noise disturbance), and the location is a short 2-3 minute walk to bars, isakayas, shops, and about 8-10 minutes walk to the train station. "This hotel was very welcoming and so clean (it just opened at the time of this review). Upon check-in we were greeted by very friendly staff and were offered tea and coffee while checking in. The room was very clean and nice. Only concern was there was no iron or steamer in the room, but I imagine you can ask the hotel to provide one at check-in. Otherwise I would highly recommend! Location is right across from Ebisu station which is one stop away from Shibuya (7 min train ride). "

"Loved this hotel. The location was very laid back and interesting w the baseball stadium across the street and special events & concerts nearby every night. th area is relaxed with many beautiful homes and eateries in the surrounding neighborhood. The biggest surprise is we could see Mt. Fuji from our room. It was the only time we could see the mountain the entire trip! I feel lucky because this wouldn’t be possible from most of the rooms. Ours had a clear view through tall apartment buildings…...

"Staff is great. Location is in the middle of both Shibuya and Harajuku stations with lots of things to do and see in the area. Easy to stroll the alley ways of Omotesando and Shibuya. The hotel is an OG Dormy Inn with smaller rooms and a small bath area. It’s located next to the tracks so you can hear trains when they pass. "
