Great room, nice bed but a little hard, staff is really attentive but limited english, rooms are guiet with no noise from outside. A/C is excellent. Room has a bath and loads of different bath salts. We used the washer/dryer with great results plus the door can be locked by a PIN. Very good breakfast at a competitive price. Highly recommend. 9/10.

Enjoyed my time here. Room is slightly smaller but you get what you paid for. Close to Shibuya station and konbinis. Staff was available and very quick to act. Free coffee and teas and easy to work washing machines. Can view status on tv and took two hours to wash. Easy self check in process and amenities available 24/7. Would definitely stay here again!

Small room but comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty; however, it was a Japanese breakfast and not Western. It just not what I would want for breakfast. Public transportation and restaurants were nearby.

This was my first stop on my trip in Japan and what an experience it was. The staff was very friendly and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend adding the breakfast commendations if you stay. The French toast blew my mind. I actually left my jacket there and emailed the hotel and they said they could keep it there until I pick it up, knowing I was couldn’t be there for 6 days. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

I liked the convenient location of this hotel, close to Shibuya Station , many choices for eating and shopping. Room was very clean and staff was very attentive and helpful as it is customary of Japanese people. Breakfast was Japanese style and it could be improved by adding Western style breafast. More choices of bakery items, cheeses, yogurts and jams.
