"Needs updates, some outdoor furniture had ripped pillows, elevators two not working , room I had was on the side of street so was very noisy at night but staff was friendly "

Cracked and ton should not be present when people pay upwards of 4k for their stay. Mattresses lumpy and place a bit run down. But it’s ok. Pool and view are best items "

"Staff was nice to me, the property is very outdated and with the recent negative reviews I was afraid of what I might find, but overall it got the job done. I needed a place to stay for the night and it was fine. Location is great. "

"Clean large room for our family of four. There was construction going on at the time so it was loud in the morning but we woke up early anyway so wasn’t a deal breaker. The location is great, close enough for a short uber ride to old San Juan. "

"The hotel was very clean at all times, staff was very friendly. I never experienced this but if we had our staying in card, housekeeping would have the front desk call us to see if we needed housekeeping for the day or if we needed anything. That was outstanding service! "
