"Clean large room for our family of four. There was construction going on at the time so it was loud in the morning but we woke up early anyway so wasn’t a deal breaker. The location is great, close enough for a short uber ride to old San Juan. "

"The hotel was very clean at all times, staff was very friendly. I never experienced this but if we had our staying in card, housekeeping would have the front desk call us to see if we needed housekeeping for the day or if we needed anything. That was outstanding service! "

"We have stayed here before about 4 years ago. It was in better shape, the pool bar was attended well, and there were towels at the pool. This time we had to ask 3 times for towels to be brought to the pool area (where you are only allowed to use pool towels) before they finally brought them. There is nobody at the pool bar serving and it’s 1 PM on a weekend. We will be unlikely to return to this hotel in the future."

"Very basic room. While it was sufficient for a single night prior to our cruise, it is definitely not something suitable for a longer stay. A lot of noise from the street (stayed on a Saturday) as well as thin walls/hearing conversations from the room next door. My suggestion for the management is this: A few acoustic panels placed around the room to dampen sound, a mini fridge, hair dryer and a couple of bottles of water would really help take this from a basic room tolerable for a single night stay to something much more welcoming. Also, have sheet already on the bed instead of the guest out it on takes minimal effort but looks nicer than having it sitting on top of the bed."

"The staff at Condado were lovely. I do think tourists need to understand that things move at a slower pace in Puerto Rico, and I was happy to be patient when waiting for food, coffee, or drinks because everyone was so polite, fun, and friendly. The poolside area is beautiful, and I enjoyed the coffee shop and the breakfast pastries available. The poolside food was also delicious and convenient. The staff works extremely hard to keep the property clean. One thing to keep in mind that the beach next to the hotel is public. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining our room, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. However, the property itself is in rather poor condition, and it is time for Hilton to make an effort to update it. There are two pools: a chlorine pool with a swim-up bar and a saltwater pool. In general, many of the chairs around the saltwater pool were broken. The door to my room would not shut properly, and many doors throughout the property would slam shut. One of the elevators was broken, making it very inconvenient to access higher floors. Luckily, I was on the second floor and could take the stairs. The general condition of the common areas is very worn, including the furniture. Overall, I did enjoy my stay because of the great staff, including the poolside security, housekeeping, front desk staff, concierge, and porters, who did their best to host us. However, Hilton should be doing a much better job of maintaining this property. "
