「100% excellent everything. I hardly leave reviews on anything, but this hotel and the staff were extremely wonderful. The hotel was very clean, the staff were always available to help, they were very friendly and sweet. It was our 1st time in PR, and we'll definitely stay here ANYTIME we come back here」

Only thing that was a little inconvenient at some times was the gate going in and out of the property.. they should consider either remotes for each room or just a better system rather than having to call or text and wait for one of the staff to open it… otherwise it was amazing and great location!!」
