「Only two minor complaints. Towels are not available for pick up or drop off at the beach access point. After returning from the beach and rinsing off the sand, there’s nowhere to leave you towels. Not enough trash bins to toss used cups.」

「The room was very clean and the food in both restaurants was delicious. I loved the pool area with swim-up bar and different hot spring pools. The activities on the property are fun too - zip lining, horse riding, and river tubing. 」

「Location is great - next to Santa Plaza - next to Walmart - next to Star bucks. Excellent breakfast - so many items in the breakfast - fresh fruits, continental and traditional breakfast items. They have Peacocks in the facilities. The Peacocks are very friendly and will roam around the tourists. Swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, nice hut style sitting tables. Just great.」

「I tried contacting the property for a pickup but Liberia was in the midst of a rain storm and all their power was out. So taxied out and found my room was ready & waiting. Everything was clean and comfortable, the power was back on in about an hour and the restaurant opened. The food was great, quite tasty. This hotel is convenient to Liberia airport and a great inexpensive option when flying out the next day.」

Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. 「We stayed at the family tree top tent for 5 nights and it was an amazing experience. Nekajui's location is absolutely prime, and the wildlife outside our tent and around the property was unreal! They assign a Mantu to help you schedule reservations and ours was very helpful. The service for a Ritz Carlton Reserve however, could be a bit better at times. Sometimes service can be a bit slow, especially by the main pool. We also had a pretty good sized plunge pool but it was only cleaned when...
