However, was only one elevator working our entire stay (5 days) and were times that we had to take the stairs instead (our room was at the 7 floor) our last day was several people checking out and using that one elevator that out of the sudden it stop working and had to take the stairs. Fortunately, one of the staff members let us take the service elevator while he was taking care of the non working elevator. "
