"The room, restaurants and entertainment was great. The only thing that was okay were the reusable cups. Sometimes when it got really busy, it didn't seem that the cups were properly washed ."

"The resort is small which I appreciate because we could get between food options and the pool and our room quickly. The staff does a great job cleaning our room but also attending to us around the resort. The private beach is ok as the staff there does not care about you at all and does not bother asking if you need anything or showing you around. It is quick getting to that beach and there is enough places to sit but being about the resort was a much better experience. The resort isn’t busy so it’s fun and easy. The food was great at all but one restaurant. Would have loved if room service was included but they make you pay 10USD when ordering room service. The robe and slippers were also not included in the room unless you pay to be a Vantage member which seemed silly. Great experience overall and would recommend."

"The rooms were clean we stayed in the older rooms so did have a small smell. The pool area was nice with the swim up bar we stayed in this area a lot. The staff was good and was there for anything you may need did push a lot of extras which is typical. The balcony we didn't get to use upon arrival I booked through Expedia and paid extra for a junior suite with a balcony upon arrival they changed us to a ocean view with no balcony so we didn't get exactly what we paid for just realize this is more for relaxing and there is not much night time things to do which is exactly what we wanted."

"Absolutely LOVED this hotel and the atmosphere. If you are here for a good time, this is definitely the place to be! Staff were great, super nice, helpful, and the cleaning was constant! The one and only thing I would change is the rooms. They could definitely use an upgrade. The dresser drawers had a mildew smell, and we selected a water front view but we ended up quite far back from the water with more of a roof view. But I would still return in hopes for better luck with the rooms."
