「It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations. The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city. The service at the hotel was great as they've people standing outside to help...

「地點優越，步行十分鐘便到Victoria Plaza, 穿過商場便到火車站，去哪兒也方便。房間整潔，但因為環保關係，不會提供牙膏牙刷、拖鞋。清潔服務也是要通知才會入房清潔，還會問你要清潔哪些地方。凌晨12:00至第二天早上8:00都沒有人值班，所以不會找到服務員幫助，這點要留意。」
