Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.

The room was comfortable enough but the hotel staff were not very friendly or helpful. There was a power outage for several hours during the night which seemed strange that a large hotel wouldn’t have some kind of generator. No power in the room meant no lights included the bathroom, no way to charge our phones, no air conditioning and the fridge not working so meditation was spoiled

Great location for theatre and other attractions. The room was exceptionally clean. Good air con although the controls were a little confusing. Shower head wouldn’t stay up so a bit hard to shower but I only stayed one night and when I reported this on check out, the staff were very professional about it.
