"It is a fun place to look at with the eclectic art and design. However, we were unable to get into our room until after 5:00 -check in is at 4:00- because it wasn’t clean yet. Many others checking in had the same predicament. We were there for a concert and ended up getting partially ready in the gym locker rooms. I asked if they could comp my parking but they said that was a separate entity, which was confusing as it was valet and they were right in front of the hotel door."

"Somewhat helpful staff. Room was clean but the rest of the building was in poor condition, boarded windows and construction items. Our room lock also had to be manually fixed in order to ensure it was locked. The area is not ideal, but free parking is a plus. Also for both nights the hotel phone rang twice at 4am.. please get that fixed. Would recommend booking somewhere else closer to downtown and just pay to park. "

"The hotel was great. I love the options to dine at the hotel. The brewery had amazing food with great staff and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The front staff were all polite and friendly. The hotel store was open early and late which was very convenient. The area was also pleasant and had a lot to do within walking distance and it felt safe. "

"We booked this hotel for the vicinity to the Dome and for the known chain name. There were several issues during our stay that i think were significant due to the fact the hotel was sold out for the weekend: Parking is only valet and there was only one person working valet, so, could take up to 45min to get the vehicle 3 elevators but only 1 was working We didnt have hot water the first morning we showered The handle on our bathroom drawer was broken, the piece put in the drawer, when we arrived There were dirty dishes from the previous guest in the dishwasher, which caused the room to smell bad"

"The neighborhood seemed sketchy when it rained it leaks through our room into the bathroom the bathtub wouldn't drain and later we had a hitchhiking mouse that ended up in our laundry"
