「Pest control」

「It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar.」

「Room and hallways could have been cleaner. Bathroom shower had hair in it, floors didn’t appear vacuumed and mopped very good. Breakfast great. Bartender at evening reception awesome. Side table by chair was missing. Sybergs Restaurant was awful. Location was great. Difficulty with parking Saturday when we arrived. All in all good stay, had everything we needed. Again the staff everywhere was really great.」

「I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly.
