「⚠️ WARNING: Unjustified post-checkout charges and false accusations! I stayed at this hotel for two nights and left my credit card on file for incidentals. Days after checking out, I noticed an unauthorized extra charge on my card, and when Expedia contacted the hotel, they claimed that "something was missing" from the room. This is completely false; I left the room in perfect condition and took absolutely nothing. They are using the card information left in good faith to apply unapproved...

「I recently stayed at the Hilton in Gainesville and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I had a nice view of the city. One of my favorite features was the lovely courtyard with a beautiful tree surrounded by mature trees draped in Spanish moss, which created a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.
