"I stayed on the ground floor which was near reception. The door in my room and hall was not a good seal so light and sound came in easily. In fact the window is single pane which meant I heard the noise outside. I even checked a few times to ensure it was not open. The rooftop terrace has some nice views, but there was no bar or anything to encourage me to stay upstairs for long. It is in a location I know very well and like that it’s clean and near transportation and Chinatown."

"Great property and location. The hallways are narrow but otherwise the room was nicely updated. I was kind of bummed out the office center was closed when I actually needed it. Otherwise, it is located conveniently in the financial districts, and I was able to easily navigate Wallstreet on the weekends without any hesitation."

"Great hotel and staff. Very cool decor and the rooftop bar has a great view. Service at the bar was not so great. The only issue I had was the filtered water machines on every floor. The one on our floor did not work so we had to go to another floor. Also they were not designed to fill bottles. Even the bottles in the room, so it was always a mess trying to fill them."

"Overall, this hotel was really wonderful and I had a great experience staying here. The customer service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The only feedback I would give is that I wish they offered room service, and it would have been nice to have a binder or booklet in the room with information about things to do in the area, nearby restaurants, and hotel amenities. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Very clean hotel with a fresh, genuinely clean scent throughout not overly chemical or artificial. The linens and towels smelled freshly laundered and spotless, which I always notice and appreciate. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, especially the bartender at the restaurant/bar and Ki at checkout, who was truly a ray of sunshine. The included breakfast was also much better than the typical hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay again!"

"For a hotel at this level, I expected the room to be much cleaner. The blanket I used had yellow stains on it, and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. Also, a hotel like this should definitely provide disposable slippers for guests. In addition, the kitchen staff did not seem friendly. I couldn’t see where the water station was, so when I asked, one of the staff members responded rudely and said, “Either take it from the entrance or here,” in an annoyed tone. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for me"

"Well situated for nearby Subway lines, pleasant area near the waterfront inthe Financial District Our room had good whilst limited river views, Rooms are of good size, we had breakfast included, which was cooked to order with a good selection and excellent quality, I would absolutely stay here again."
