「Staff are very nice persons. Whenever I need any travel information, they actively give advice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location (close to China Town) is good and convenient. There are several subway lines nearby. I like this hotel and would like to recommend it to friends. ^_^」

「We had several problems in our room, the sink in the bathroom had a slow drain, the speakers in our room didn’t work . We made a request for a tv in our room but when we got to our room there was no tv. One of the $10.00 bottled water was open (we will probably be charged for it) and also the refrigerator was not cold at all. 」

「The staff were incredibly amazing, specifically Kristy!! We were offered with great restaurant recommendations. Our room was dusty and the floors looked as though they were not mopped or vacuumed. We were very surprised there was no fan in the bathroom and whenever we took a shower, there was A LOT of water leaking out of the shower - YIKES!! It indicates here our stay was from March 15-19 - this is incorrect. Our stay was from March 16-20, 2026. The location of this property was ideal...very...
