「Regina hotel is my favourite. I stayed there before and likely to do so again. It’s location cannot be better. It’s walking distance to main attractions and to two metro stations: servile and Sol. Service was great. Nice breakfast too. The room was small but well appointed 」

「Todo el personal de recepción súper atentos, Victor un chico increíble, nos dio recibió y despidió . Es notorio que a los 3 chicos les gusta su trabajo . Nos resguardaron las maletas antes del check in y check out . Volveríamos por la atención recibida , la habitación limpia aunque el sofá un poco manchado ( sugiero enviarlo limpiar ) El baño limpio . Se escucha un poco de ruido . 」

「It always helps when your room is upgraded when you arrive! Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar is a fantastic addition and well run, we enjoyed an afternoon up there when it was too hot to be walking around sight-seeing. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - central to just about everything and with great restaurants within easy walking distance. Would stay again if in Madrid again.」
