"The hotel is on the Gran Via , an excellent location. Our room is spacious and great condition with balcony. We were able to see st. Patrick parade on the Gram Via from our balcony and window ( down on the street) . Room is very clean and comfortable. Wash room is great too . We like our room and vacation very much. Breakfast is 24€ per person, but nearby has a lot of eateries! "

"I rarely write negative reviews, but our recent stay at this Madrid hotel was so horrendous that I feel obligated to warn others. Calling our room a "deathtrap" is honestly an understatement. Here is a breakdown of our nightmare experience: • Unlivable Conditions: They crammed four of us into a shockingly tiny 100-square-foot room. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no working HVAC. With four bodies in such a small space and zero air circulation, the room was genuinely suffocating. • Dismissive Service: Desperate for some air, we went down to the front desk to ask why the climate control wasn't working. Instead of an apology, a fan, or a room change, the staff was entirely unhelpful. Their grand solution? "Just open the window." • The Final Insult: The window they pointed to opened directly over a main street that is deafeningly loud 24/7. When we pointed out that the constant traffic and street noise would make sleep impossible, the front desk actually handed us cheap foam earplugs so we could "keep the window open." Between the suffocating heat, the claustrophobic quarters, and the sheer audacity of the staff offering earplugs instead of basic ventilation, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else in Madrid."

"Lots of construction going on around the train station which is where the hotek is located. The hotel could make the entrance easier to find by putting up signage in the vicinity. Was advised by the hotel that construction work was going on in the statuon, but our stay was not affected by any noise."

"BEST HOTEL EVER!!! Beautiful and convenient location, lively but still quiet and close to the metro. We booked the luxury penthouse and it was gorgeous with a spacious private terrace. The breakfast was spectacular and offered just about every type of food & beverage you can imagine. Every member of the staff was sweet, friendly and helpful. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the bath was luxurious! They even have Dyson hair dryers!! We could not have loved this hotel any more and stayed until the very last second before checkout. Did I mention it also smells delicious?"
